Sarah is a dual-qualified (UK/California) senior counsel based in our San Francisco office.

Sarah specialises in advising predominantly North American technology and life sciences companies on their investments in the UK and Europe. This includes advising on European launches, coordinating and advising on UK (and multi-jurisdictional) mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other growth company investment work, in each case bringing in our local Taylor Wessing specialists where needed. She represents a wide range of emerging, private and public company clients at all stages of their growth.
